Snow is glistening...

We enjoyed a weekend visit to the Mt. Washington Valley skiing and shopping village in Northern New Hampshire. We took 5 kids, 6 adults, and 1 dog and drove 160 miles and stayed in a 3 bedroom condo at the Seasons Resort. It was so cozy!
The highlight of the trip was an idyllic sleigh ride at the quaintest of farms. It was as if we had stepped into a Norman Rockwell painting, with giant snow flakes sprinkling on upon us as we climbed into our custom, exclusive (and heated) sleigh pulled by 2 of the most giant and gorgeous horses you'll ever see. We rode around and toured the farm for 30 minutes and even came upon a small collection of real reindeer.
The driver graciously stopped and let us out to feed them. Such a storybook, once-in-a-lifetime memory and a thrill for the kids. Thank you to Auntie Feath and Uncle Craig for being such great hosts and tour guides in New England!
